User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Switching to a reddit tab or a wow forums tab (I assume one with lots of text) spikes the cpu usage to 70%+ on a 7700k

Firefox froze, CPU usage through the roof.

Hi Jessie, does this look like a WebRender issue?

Thanks for the report -- Can you try disabling WebRender and reloading? Also, can you give us the URL where you see it (any url where you see the problem) so we can be sure we're testing the right page.
You can disable WebRender by going to about:config, type in gfx.webrender.all, and flip the pref to false

Also attaching the contents of about:support would be good

If you can still reproduce this, please re-open the bug.
