With the work going into the front-end and verifying that the information is accurate and correct, we should turn this payload on by default. The biggest new cost is probably from stack walking, but we only do limited mainthreadio, and it has potentially bad effects anyway, so the impact to our measurements is most likely low.

We currently are not planning on doing the same for off main thread IO.
