In Tor Browser, we set "reader.parse-on-load.enabled" to false to prevent Reader mode from exposing too much about the computer's speed. We would like to propose the same behavior for when "privacy.resistFingerprinting" is enabled.

Bug 1369327 - after investigation & legacy code removal, it was confirmed that there were no FP issues with Reader View
