This bug refers to Try runs like this one: try:ee88f1757a59

Interestingly, recent changes that have moved tests around (i.e., bug 1893054) seem to move the "missing" chunk. It's possible that this is because of a subset of tests exercising the runner or the test harness such that it misbehaves? 🤔 The exception status (which can be observed with these jobs) AIUI happens when the harness itself encounters an uncaught Python exception.
